In Germany, there is an official or police obligation to Obligation to report in accordance with the Federal Registration Act. Landlords and landladies are obliged to have a registration form filled out and signed by their guests on arrival.

We will answer your enquiry as quickly as possible and get back to you directly.

You can book your stay conveniently in just a few minutes using our booking form. Your room is then booked and will be ready for you on the day of arrival.
Check-in: We welcome you personally at reception between 15:00 and 17:00. Outside of these times, our check-in machine is available around the clock.

  • Any commissions or commission payments are only effective if they have been agreed in advance and recorded in writing in a contract with the management.
  • Access to the accommodation and the booked room is only permitted to the named guest. This applies to all booking portals.
  • Payment for the booked arrangement must be made on arrival at the latest.
  • Individual bookings: Free cancellation until 23:59 on the day before arrival (unless otherwise stated). For later cancellations: 100 % of the booking price.
  • Group bookings (from 5 rooms): Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. Thereafter: 100 % of the reserved stay volume (room rates without special services).

Our prices are subject to seasonal adjustments. Please refer to the booking tool for current prices.

In the event of early departure during the stay, the hotel management will decide on a case-by-case basis - depending on seasonal capacity utilisation - on a possible refund.

The final room type allocation may change until check-in. You will be allocated a room of the same or a higher category. There is no entitlement to a specific room (exception: barrier-free rooms).
Please note: The pictures shown on our website are examples. Deviations in floor plan and furnishings within a category are possible.

  • Prepayment bookings must be credited to our account before arrival.
  • If payment is received late, we reserve the right to release the room in accordance with the cancellation conditions. In this case, the cancellation fee remains valid.
  • Recommendation: Deposit a credit card with a sufficient limit for the charge on the day of arrival.
  • For security reasons, credit cards may only be sent by fax to 07322/968888.
  • Virtual credit cards can only be charged during reception hours.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Additional requests (e.g. extra bed, baby cot, allergy pillows, special room requests) can only be considered if they are made before the end of reception opening hours. Unfortunately, special requests cannot be fulfilled if booked outside these times.
